working principle:
The AVVOR 9000 NH4-H online ammonia nitrogen analyzer uses the ammonia sensitive electrode method to determine ammonia nitrogen in water, and the water sample generally does not require pre-treatment. This method: The head of the ammonia sensing electrode has a selective breathable film. This selective breathable film only allows ammonia gas to pass through, and prohibits water and ions from passing through. After adding NaOH solution to the water sample, the inorganic ammonium salt in the water sample transforms into ammonia gas and escapes, which passes through the selective breathable film and is absorbed by the internal filling solution of the electrode, causing a change in the pH value of the filling solution. The pH electrode inside the ammonia electrode can detect the degree of pH change in the filling solution, and after calculation and processing, the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the water sample can be obtained.
